Watch House Cross is a high class novice chaser who won his maiden hurdle at the first attempt before running in a Grade 1 at the Dublin Racing Festival. He finished his season by placing fourth in a novice hurdle at the Punchestown Festival, finishing a place ahead of a horse who had previously finished fourth in the Grade 1 Supreme Novices Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival!


The five-year-old is a son of the exciting young sire Libertarian, who finished second in the Epsom Derby as a three-year-old. Watch House Cross is also related to Michael Hourigan's legendary Grade 1 winner, Dorans Pride, who won a staggering 29 national hunt races which included six Grade 1's.


Racing Targets
Watch House Cross is as fit as a fiddle and he is ready to get his Novice Chasing career underway. Henry plans to give him his first run in the next two weeks and then mapping out the steps that will take him to the Grade 3 Novice Chase during the Galway Festival.
